With over 13 years of experience in the talent development space, I have a proven track record of my commitment to building and scaling multiple paths to success for learners while ensuring business is the lead voice when developing those paths. Adding a conversation about DE&I to all projects can support organizations in identifying ways to make DE&I more actionable. It can push teams to think beyond a DE&I committee, and consider business processes that actually promote inclusion, celebrates diversity, and creates more equitable spaces.
