With over 14 years of experience in the talent development space, I have a proven track record of my commitment to building and scaling multiple paths to success for learners while ensuring business is the lead voice when developing those paths. I provide subject matter expertise and consultative support for workforce and talent development solutions.
My experience building business-led career pathway systems and programs allows me to support my clients with several well-known promising practices:

It can push teams to think beyond a DE&I committee, and consider business processes that actually promote inclusion, celebrate diversity, and create more equitable spaces.
